When will my order be processed?
Orders are usually processed within a few business days. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a confirmation and tracking details by email.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 2 to 4 weeks, in shaa Allah.

What if I don't receive my order?

How do I return an item?

What if the item(s) I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?
If you receive an item that is defective, incorrect, or damaged, please email us at simplesajadah@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll take care of it as soon as possible.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return or cancellation is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. This usually takes 7–10 business days, or we will send you an email at simplesajadah@gmail.com explaining how you will receive your payment.

Is the knee cushion removable or built-in?
The knee cushion is removable, so you can easily take it off or adjust it as needed.

Can I wash the prayer mat?
Yes, you can remove the foam and wash both the mat and the foam. They can be hand-washed or placed in the washer. Make sure to use warm water for best results.

Is this suitable for people with knee replacements or arthritis?
Yes, the SimpleSajadah is designed to support people with knee pain, arthritis, or knee replacements, making it easier and more comfortable to pray on the ground. However, please check with your doctor to make sure it’s suitable for your specific condition.

What are the dimensions of the SimpleSajadah?
The mat measures 80 cm by 120 cm, with a 4-inch thick cushion on the knee area to provide extra comfort and support.
